Nunzio: Seafood Manager
Nunzio has over 40 years of experience in the Meat business. At the young age of 13, he started cutting meat and took an interest in the art of butchering. Nunzio later became an apprentice at D’Agostino’s in New York City where, At age 20, worked his way up to a Meat Manager. He owned his own business for 10 years and managed at Porricelli’s and Palmers Market. Nunzio is well renowned in his field and is an exceptional Butcher. Nunzio also has extensive experience in seafood and has just moved into the role of Seafood Manager.
