PATTI

Patti brings over 30 years of customer service experience. Prior to working at The Market, she opened and managed several Wireless Zone store while training and supervising over 30 employees. Patti has taken on many additional roles here at the Market and is willing to dive into any projects we throw her way. Patti enjoys customer service and feels at “home” here at the market!

DINO

Dino has been with us for 15 years, during this time he has held positions in different departments the most recent as Produce Manager and now as Front End Manager. He is definitely a committed company advocate. Dino brings a wealth of experience to the new position, and we are excited about his new role.

KEVIN

Kevin is our "behind the scenes" go-to guy.He keeps the store running smoothly and can fix it all! He is also our receiver.

Chef: Franco

Poundridge Market - Chef Franco

Franco comes to The Market with a wide range of professional and culinary experience. His culinary beginings started with his families popular International Italian restaurant in Panama City. It was there he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. Upon his return to the U.S. Franco received his formal education and graduated from the Connecticut Culinary Institute. Afterwards, he moved into the hotel circuit and soon landed a position as Sous Chef at the 4 Star Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, in Miami, FL. From there, Franco transitioned into some of Darien’s and Westport’s upscale and popular retail food markets, offering prepared foods and catering. These led him to further expand his career, where he became a Private Chef in Fairfield County’s Gold Coast and the Upper East Side of Manhattan. It was while there, he was noted by some well-known celebrities, with whom he worked for as a private chef, which included New York fund raising political campaign dinners. Before coming to The Market, he was a Private Chef for 7 years in Newport, RI at the Seaward Estate. Franco enjoys expanding his culinary knowledge and sharing his craft.
